What your cleaning plan can include

Final tasks and frequency are agreed for your property before work is scheduled.

Entrances and circulation areas

Keep the route from the front door through the building presentable.

  • Lobby and entrance-floor mopping
  • Corridor vacuuming and dusting
  • Interior glass and entrance doors
  • Stairway railings and baseboards

Shared rooms and facilities

Match the cleaning schedule to how residents use each space.

  • Common-area washrooms
  • Party-room cleaning after use
  • Shared surfaces and fixtures
  • Additional amenity areas discussed during scoping

Waste and periodic cleaning

Plan regular waste handling alongside jobs that need less frequent attention.

  • Garbage removal and recycling services
  • Scheduled carpet cleaning
  • Floor waxing where appropriate
  • Periodic detailed cleaning of common areas

A cleaning plan your management team can work with

Start with the building’s layout, resident traffic and access arrangements. Agree which tasks belong in the regular schedule and which should be quoted separately.

  1. Identify the shared spaces and approximate square footage.
  2. Agree on cleaning frequency, access times and priorities.
  3. Include periodic work and a contact for on-site observations.

Questions about condominium cleaning

Do you clean inside individual condo units?

No. Our condominium service covers common areas and shared building spaces, not private homes or individual units.

Can we discuss several buildings together?

Yes. Include the number of buildings in your quote request, give the main property address and list any additional addresses in the requirements field.

What happens when cleaners notice a maintenance issue?

Our team flags visible issues or potential hazards to property management so the appropriate people can arrange servicing or repairs. This does not replace a building inspection or a maintenance contractor.
